As an Enrolled Agent, Mr. Velez has provided invaluable tax and advisory services to his clients for many years. He is a federally licensed tax practitioner who is able to represent taxpayers before the IRS when it comes to collections, audits, and appeals. He can prepare individual income taxes, corporate tax returns, non-profit tax returns, partnership tax returns, out of state returns, sales statements and is able to provide tax audit representation, and sales tax representation. If the need arises for litigation support, Gabe is also qualified to provide IRS representation.

 

On the accounting and advisory side, Gabe has aided clients in areas of business consulting and establishment of proper internal control needs. He also works with his clients to integrate ERP's and other accounting software.  His clientele come from many different industry backgrounds, including real estate investing, manufacturing, and medical and dental offices. 

 

He also hosts a podcast show, "The Tipping Point", where he interviews individuals from diverse professional backgrounds in an attempt to gather and distribute useful financial, business, and legal insights.  He believes in providing free information to consumers, from a credible source, is good for the public, and that they deserve to know the basics of running their finances without getting in trouble and when it's time to hire a professional.

 

He holds a Bachelors in Business Economics from University of California, Irvine and is a member and chapter president of Business Network International. Gabe lives in Fullerton with his wife, Cassandre and his newborn daughter Audrey.  His hobbies include Crossfit, watching football, watching MMA, playing poker, and spending time with his family.
